A composer, multi instrumentalist, journalist, songs and fiction writer, collaborating with TOTART.

Apart from his two leading groups Miłość [Love] and Kury he was actively involved with other bands such as Tymon i Trupy, Czan, NRD, The Users and Masło. Currently he is in an indie-rock group Tymon & The Transistors and an improvising one called Tymański Yass Ensemble.

 

He played in the movies Segment'76, Wesele [The Wedding], and appeared on TV in Dzyndzylyndzy and Brzóska Show. He is a founder of the independent record company Biodro Records and he did music for the movies such as Sztos [Cheat], Przemiany [The Chimney Pot], Wesele and the performances Top Dogs, Wszystkie dzieła Szekspira [All Works of Shakespeare], Monachomachia [The Monachomachy], Beztlenowce [The Anaerobe], Matka [Mother], Letnicy [The Holiday Makers], Kształt rzeczy [The Shape of Things].

 

In 2001 he published a mini novel Chłopi 3 [The Peasants 3] written together with a poet Zbigniew Sajnog (former TOTART member) and he was awarded with Paszport Polityki Award [Polityka's Passport] for the lifetime artistic achievements.
